The story of T&H begins with Leon Dowdy, a pioneer in the wash industry. In 1964, he founded one of Georgia’s first wash supply operations, personally selling degreasers and cleaning compounds from his Chevrolet pickup to businesses across Atlanta.
His work was built on integrity, determination, and a commitment to doing things right—values that shaped a lasting legacy.

Leon’s vision grew into Dixie Products, a trusted name in industrial cleaning supplies, equipment, and service. After his passing in 1997, the family carried the business forward, expanding it into a regional leader known for expertise, reliability, and long-standing customer relationships. -
T&H Carrying on the Legacy
Leon’s grandson, Trent Smalley, grew up in the industry, joining the family business at 15 and gaining over 17 years of hands-on mechanical and wash industry experience. In 2019, Trent and his wife Hayley launched T&H to continue the family legacy—delivering honest service, dependable solutions, and the same values that have guided their work since 1964.
